Legal-Criminal Order of the Network Society & Supranational Cyber Criminal Policy

This section compiles research axes, scientific publications, doctoral research structure, and doctrinal production dedicated to cyber criminal investigation, digital evidence, criminal policy, and Criminal Law in the networked era.

Doctoral Dissertation in Progress

Legal-Criminal Order of the Network Society and Supranational Cyber Criminal Policy

University of Minho, Portugal · JusGov — Research Centre for Justice and Governance

This doctoral research articulates the theory of networked law, the structural transformation of criminal law in the information society, and the necessity of a supranational cyber criminal policy capable of addressing the borderless nature of digital criminality. The approach integrates the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime, international judicial and police cooperation, and the substantive penal challenges posed by rapid digital transformation.
