Synopsis
A manual written to guide Brazilian Federal Police officers on the foundations, limits, operational flows and good practices for using the 24/7 Network of the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime, in the context of international cooperation on cybercrime and electronic evidence. It combines a legal, operational and didactic approach: when to activate the network, choosing the channel (24/7 Network, SIENA or Interpol), the minimum content of a request, guidance for completing the data preservation and mutual legal assistance forms, practical examples, handling of information received from abroad and the most common mistakes.
